Need help with installations and subscriptions

Hello all, I'm here to kindly ask about Adobe's platforms and installations. Can it be installed on windows 10 and 11? If so, is there a yearly subscription for Adobe rather than a monthly subscription? I'm trying to learn as much as possible to let my sister use it for her first graphic design degree on her new windows 10/11 laptop. Respond as soon as possible, and thanks :).

Windows 11 is not in public release yet. It's not due out until later this year. Adobe has not released any notes on Win11 yet.

Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you intend to use. Check each one.

Most plans are annual and paid either monthly or prepaid yearly. Qualifying students may receive a 60% discount for the first year, after which the price goes up.
