Need Help with Lightroom and Photoshop

I have an hp laptop. When logging in to lightroom, I do not get the options and screen layouts I'm seeing other lightroom users having? Is this not a compatible laptop or something? Also, I purchased the creative cloud lightroom and photoshop and it shows that I only have access to lightroom???

Hi Hopek,

As John says, we can't help definitively without more information. However, If you are not seeing an option to download Photoshop through the Creative Cloud desktop app, it may indeed be that your system is not compatible. Here are the requirements for Photoshop, Lightroom Classic and Lightroom CC.

If you review those, and it looks like your laptop does meet the system requirements after all, feel free to respond to this discussion with some more info, and we'll do our best to troubleshoot.. It's useful if you can provide your exact operating system and other relevant details as well as any error messages you may be receiving. A screenshot of atypical behavior is also helpful.

Which operating system do you have?

Lightroom CC (online) requires Win10 1511 or higher.   It won't run on Windows 8 or 7.

Lightroom Classic (desktop) will run on Win 7, 8 or 10.
