Need help with Photoshop elements 11 download

Just purchased a download card for Photoshop elements 11, created an account, registered the card, got a serial #. And now there is no download screen, or prompts to guide me to the next step of downloading the product. What is the issue and what should I do? New PC with windows 7.

you can download a trial and activate with your serial if you follow all 7 steps : http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-11-direct-download-links-pse-premiere-pre.html

if you have a problem dl'g, you didn't follow all 7 steps. the most common error involves failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

Thank you for the help with photoshop downloads. I will admit though I am uncomfortable with disabling my antivirus for the download. All other programs that I have downloaded did not ask for this.

It's precautionary. Anti-virus can sometimes interfere with the installer.

If it helps, I've never disabled my antivirus to download and install Adobe software. No issues yet.
