Help me please

I am from Russia

My laptop was stolen

I don't remember how to enter my profile

Remove my credit card [number removed by mod] from all profiles

First: your Adobe id is your e-mail. You only need to know your password.

Second: to access the more private data of your account you are asked to sign in with your password.

Third: you can change that password using your Adobe id.

Forth: I would simply block the credit card as there is a great chance that you did not only use it with CC but also with different products.
