Need info on products

I need to edit a PDF. I had to purchase adobe to do so. I picked the cheapest plan, which showed word, excel & something I didn't recognize. Tried to edit document, and I believe the message was "you can only export with plan purchased". I realize you're all gurus, & I just want to do the minutes for my church council meeting, so I really appreciate your willingness to help.
