Need My Serial Number

I am unable to get my serial number to download Adobe Photoshop elements 12 which I purchased at Staples Store.  I downloaded the trial..  I have my Redemption Code.  When I enter it...I get a message saying it is invalid.  I have verified that I am using the correct Redemption Code.  How can I get my serial number
