Need Non-activation Installer for CS3 Design Premium

Hi, I recently re-installed my windows. I backed up my "new CS3 serial" which I got from 2019, but apparently I failed to backup the "new non-activation installer" for Creative Suite Design Premium. Does someone have this "installer" backed up; they'd be willing to share with me? A tech support agent suggested I try the forums.
