Need phone number to talk to support onPhotoshop Elements following reinstall of windows

Question

I had to reinstall windows and now need to install Photoshop elements again.  I am pretty sure I installed it originally with a download, but I lost most of my hard drive, too.  I have my license number and most info but can't find a way to talk to a support person.  If I have to, I am willing to use premium support and pay, but the web site doesn't seem to let me get there.  It keeps me in a loop with recommended ways to get support but no links to get there

If you have some other reason than downloading to talk to someone in support then you can try using chat. If your issue does not involve a serial number or an activation issue the following might not help and you should indicate the reason you need to talk to someone so that you can be directed to a more appropriate contact..
