Need Photoshop 2023 (24.7.1) installer — CPU has no AVX2 (i5-3470)

Adobe expects customers to use equipment & OS that meets or exceeds their current technical requirements.

How old is your computer? 

I ask because AVX2 has been the chip industry-standard since 2015. It’s now considered a legacy baseline that’s heavily supported. The latest chips have moved to AVX-512 and AVX10.

There is no official way to obtain older versions. Adobe only provides access to the current version + the preceding one (that is, 2026/2025). In theory, you can try to contact Adobe support and present your case. If they decide you have a legitimate reason to use the older version, they might give you the download link (but don’t count on it).
