Need Serial number - Lightroom 6

Ich habe das selbe Problem . Ich habe heute bei Media Markt diese Packung Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6 gekauft für 139,- Euro .

Bei mir steht mit Rückseite sieht aus wie ne Postkarte , Steht so geschrieben LR Mit dem Code auf der Rückseite können Sie ihre Seriennummer abrufen . Und jetzt hab es schon 5 mal versucht ....einziges Problem ist die Zahlen kann man angeben ,die Buchstaben gehen einfach nicht mehr weiter und das hört er auf . ??? Ich brauche hilfe .
