Need some help with downloading my adobe photoshop element 14 to my new computer ole one died

My keyboard stopped working on my old computer and I want to install my adobe photoshop elements 14 on my new computer.  Everytime I put in the serial number it tells me its already registered but I want to put the software on my new computer which doesn't have a drive for my cd.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

you don't need to re-register.  you just need to activate.

 

to activate you need a serial number(which you have) and a "matching" installation file.  ie, the installation file that came with your serial number.  

 

if you have that installation file, install and activate.  that's all that's needed.

 

if you don't have an installation file, and you purchased from or registered with adobe, check your account fot a download link (and serial number) using the same adobe id used to purchase/register, https://accounts.adobe.com

 

if that fails, used prodesigntools.com to download, https://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-14-direct-download-links-premiere.html
