need to cancel extra licenses

Hi,

I have 3 licenses for Illustrator, 2 licenses for Indesign and 1 license for XD that we are not using and I wants to delete this from my account and monthly billing.

If you are subscribing to these on an annual basis, paid monthly, there is a penalty for early cancellation of an annual subscription - 1/2 the remaining cost of the subscription.  If you are subscribing to these on a monthly basis, then you can cancel anytime without penalty - the cost of month to month subscriptions is 1.5 times the cost of annual subscriptions.  So you should be able to tell which plan you are under based on how much you pay each month.

IF these happen to involve team licensing, then you probably need to settle matters thru Adobe Customer Support.
