need to correct my order

How do  I correct my online order from update to full program?

I asked for an update rather than the full program.

I have Photoshop 7 and wanted 10.  Not realizing they thought I had the trial program.

    You need to call customer support. They can help you straighten everything out. Or you can return the program if you bought it on the adobe online store, then order the correct version. Personally, I'd call customer support.
