Need to deactivate CS6 licenses for two broken computers.

I see from previous posts that this is done by Adobe employees. I need my license reset for the two previously issued licenses due to them both now being inoperable. Thank you in advance.

The link doesn't lead to a solution as there is no phone support for CS6 and Chat told me to come here. There are other recent posts who had it reset by Adobe employees. That is what I'm waiting on. Maybe I need to repost as a question to get them to respond. Thanks for trying to help though!
