need to download and install updated version

I am getting a message that my version of the application (Photoshop CC) needs to be updated. When I click on the link all I see is plans for buying. I already have it. Just need to update.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs, and to update your installed cc programs.
