Need to Download Upgrade to a Windows and Mac

I purchased the CS6 upgrade for my Windows machine and need to install a copy on my Mac...can I use the same download?

    If this is a standalone version, then no. They are platform specific. Only Creative Cloud allows cross-platform usage.
