Need to install Illustrator 2015

Question

I want to install Illustrator 2015 but it is not showing up as expected in the CC Desktop app. I downloaded and can run 2017 thinking that I would need to do this in order for 2015 to show as a "previous version". I have done this on half a dozen other machines but the contextual menu I expect to see under previous versions for Illustrator is not showing up in CC. Am I missing a step on this one workstation? Running Mac Mini Yosemite OS currently.

Yes, I understand that previous versions aren't always apparent in the CC desktop app. I did have to download the uninstaller and installer so I could reinstall the CC desktop app. This made it so the contextual menu would show up for the previous versions and allow me to install 2015.

if you have a trial, you can't access previous versions.

because you're an acp i assume you have a subscription. if so, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used for your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
