Need to install Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign on a new computer

I'm an MSP for an educational institution, they've contacted me to install Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign on two computers.  They've provided a license key to install the software, but when I attempt to license the files the message I get is that the key I'm providing doesn't match the product/version I'm attempting to license.  I'd like to know if there's a way for Adobe support to get me the right software links to download the correct version of the software that corresponds to the license key we've got. 

The IT person at the company who originally purchased the software has left the organization so we don't have the initial email that goes with the software when it's first purchased.
