need to install indesign 2017 arabic

I don't see the option for arabic installation from creative cloud app. Adobe help has "answer" that is from 2015 that is no longer pertinent. Please help--I have a client waiting!

      Hi rosepubserv,

      under the 'Creative Cloud' tab (next to 'General' in your screenshot), there should be two fields: 'App language' and 'Installation path'.

      In the 'App language' dropdown menue, you can find the entry "cT1v9vw.png".

      step 3: the preferences dialog box does not have an "Apps" option
