Need to re install creative suite CS5

I recently had to wipe my computer entirely and now need to re install CS5, but when I originally purchased CS5 I downloaded it all from the Adobe site and am now having trouble finding out how to re install it the same way. Any one have any suggestions?

My current laptop is an XP, so I can't use Creative Cloud. Working on getting that fixed in the next couple months, but for now, I would still like to work with the older version on my old laptop till my new one is ready. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
