Question

Need to reinstall CS5.5 but do not have the disk - download is just not completing. I do have the serial number but have never got that far!

I need to reinstall CS5.5 but no longer have the install disc. I have tried downloading this directly from Adobe and have used the cleaner tool the download is just not completing. I live on an island so internet speeds can be variable. Can't get a direct contact with Adobe support!!!! Can anyone help?

    Here is an alternative link for downloading directly...  Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.

    Thanks Ned - I tried the instructions again - I can download (and have downloaded CC) but it's just not moving on the CS5.5 download and I have tried in on numerous occasions in different locations. My internet speed is only about 6mb though, so this might well be the issue. Thanks.

    Ned Murphy,

    I am actually getting an error message saying 'I do not have permission to access the requested source' this is before it asks me for a serial number! So it's downloading but cannot be accessed
