Need to reload CS3 but cannot find CS2 registration anymore
Where do I find Photo Shop CS2 registration file

I am assuming you mean you need the CS2 serail number in order to install an upgrade version of CS3.
You can try contacting Adobe Support thru chat to see if they will help, though they have been denying help with older products lately.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

If you happen to have CS2 installed anywhere you might be able to extract the serial number for it
