Windows 11 crashed, so acrobat pro 2017 (stand alone license) was not uninstalled/deactivated correctly. No devices show up in Adobe web-account page. Acrobat will not reactivate as abode website will not believe that second stand alone install was removed.

Correct answer John T Smith

The Adobe page does not show activations for serial number programs, only for newer cloud programs

If you can't properly deactivate a serial number program there isn't anything Adobe can do to help
