Need to setup a person to reset passwords

Hello,

I work in a school and am very busy at times. Students struggle reset their own passwords and forget them on a regular basis. The teacher has agreed with me that if she could do on the spot it will help heaps.

What permission types do I need to give her so she can reset passwords only?
