Need To Update Card Details - CPATCHA Isn't Working

I am very frustrated.
I need to update my visa card details on various CC programs, and yet the CAPTCHA isn't showing up. I have tried on multiple browsers and I even spoke to an Adobe representative, and he said that he didn't know what to do.

I literally I cannot update my info and thus cannot pay for the CC monthly payment.

Hi Kglad,

Trying today to update my payment information - I found the relevant

ABOBE's "My Payment Information" window clean of that troublesome reCAPCHA

security window

so I added my new card information in the proper window and push the

"submit" button.

surprisingly- I didn't receive any approval or commenting response from

ADOBE to the change.

Now, when I go to "my account" - I find that my *Adobe Pro DC subscription

has expired*;

Entering again my Adobe account window* I find there that I am still

subscribed based on my old card information* (as if by default);

Then - when pushing the "reset" button to correct again my card info - I

could see as available choice - both my old and new card details.

It means that* ADOBE already has my new card info but will not let me

change the old one with the new card.*

How do one gets out of this magic circle?

Avshalom Mor.

you need to communicate with adobe staff like Rajashree Bhattacharya or using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

i'm not an adobe employee.

Hi Kglad,

I've been trying for 4 days including using Microsoft Edge, ADOBE Support

chats and telephones - no use.

I'm including a snapshot of ADOBE problematic window.
