Need to update Premiere to latest version of Premiere 15

Hi all!

I have premiere pro v15.0 on one of my computers and I would like to upgrade to the latest patch of v15 (I believe it's 15.4.5).

Creative cloud won't allow me to update Premiere version 15, it simply says "up to date"

Is there another way to update apps outside of creative cloud? I already have PP23, but I have to keep v15 because the people that I work with use 15.

you can check adobe's ftp site.

you need an ftp client. it's not a browser link.

and while that site has many updates, i don't see a premiere pro one:
