nested bookmarks

I am new to this but I can't figure out how to nest bookmarks.  I have tried to hover over bookmark until arrow appears but no luck. Any suggestions?

If you're talking about Acrobat DC Pro, what you have to do is click the bookmark you want to move and drag it underneath the bookmark you want to nest it under. A line with a ▶ at the beginning will show up; you want the ▶ to line up with the text of the parent bookmark.

 

If you're not talking about Acrobat DC Pro, you'll have to tell us what program you're referring to.
