Mein Laptop mit installiertem Photoshop elements 2018 hat seinen Geist aufgegeben. Wie kann ich dieses Programm auf das neue Laptop ( ohne DVD Laufwerk ) installieren?

If you registered it with Adobe, go to your account, and you should find the serial number and a download link

    you just need the installation file, your serial number and a remaining activation.

    If all you have is a physical copy and your new laptop does not have a drive you will need to buy an external drive to connect to your computer. Alternatively you could buy an upgrade to PSE 2025 and download the newest version.
