    Ich nutzte seit Jahren das direkt bei Adobe gekaufte und bezahlte Photoshop CS6 – welches hier als CD vorliegt. Adobe hat nun die neue Installation auf meinem heute eingerichteten  PC blockiert. Es wurde argumentiert, Photoshop könne leider auf dem neueren Betriebssystem meines PC nicht installiert werden. Dagegen wende ich ein, dass Photoshop auf meinem alten PC mit gleichem Betriebssystem einwandfrei funktionierte.

    Die Seriennummer meines Photoshop CS6 lautet: <serial number removed - kglad> .  Das blockieren der Installation von Photoshop durch Adobe halte ich für vorgeschoben und rechtswidrig. Ich darf Adobe nun nachdrücklich auffordern, meine bezahlte Software Photoshop CS6 freizuschalten oder auf andere Weise die Installation zu ermöglichen.

    Leider kann ich bei Adobe nicht auf meine älteren als 3 Jahre zurückliegenden Bestellungen zugreifen. Bitte wenden Sie sich an meiner Stelle an den Support, damit auf meine älteren Bestellungen und Käufe zurückgegriffen werden kann.  

    Ich erwarte, dass Adobe nunmehr unter Beachtung der rechtlichen Grundlagen die Installation der mir gehörenden und bezahlten Software Photoshop CS6  sofort ermöglicht.

    Nun wurde ich an die Community verwiesen, da diese geeignete Tools habe, mit der sich mein Photoshop CS6 wieder installieren lässt.

    1. do not post your serial number in public.  that will result in that serial number being revoked.

    2. what exactly do you see when trying to install your cs6

    3. what is your problematic computer's os?
