Неверные данные для выставления счетов

Здравствуйте, хочу попробовать скачать 7дневную бесплатную версию Creative Cloud, пробовала разные карты - свою Тинькофф, мужа Сбербанк (мастеркард), одна и та же ошибка - неверные данные для выставления счетов. Все данные перепроверяла! Месяц, год, владелец - все указываю верно. Как решить данный вопрос и скачать приложения?
