new CC account shows no apps

I had CC photography plan before now i started again . i deleted any old copys of the software  and redownloaded PS and LR but both apps shows as trial when im already paying for this 2 with my plan ??? i even when in to the adobe site and my account shows no purchase or produtcs at all ????
