New CC member, nothing will download!

Ive just signed up for the annual membership and now want to download Photoshop, but when i press the download button nothing happens!  I tried downloading Bridge too but same!!  Very frustrating as need to use photoshop this evening. 

Any thoughts??

Hi Kirsten,

What internet browser you are using to download Photoshop CC.

Have you tried downloading from different internet browser than currently using.

There's something very wrong with adobe/membership/updates, the membership is nice but you don't want to have a problem

I'm a member for 7 months and last friday i saw an update for Photoshop... there it all started...

- 4 or 5 times the update failed

- helpdeskpeople  are really very polite, after 2 and half hours talking to this helpdesk people (they advised to delete the old photoshop version) + sharing screen, puting files in the wast basket etc etc, i was promised that Adobe should call back,

- this morning no messages from adobe

I started up Creative Cloud...  the download worked!

But: Starting up the application a box appears with:

- Sign in with 'CC' , hitting the button gives a new box wtih"

- Trail version.... entering the license button gives a question for a serialnumber...

  (members don't need any, so i called the helpdesk again)

- I called again, and after 1 and half hour with 2 people of adobe, no solution (no photoshop)

- They promised again that they'll call back........... within 24 hours

- helpdesk people still nice and polite, .....

I installed an old version for now and hope adobe will solve this
