New Computer - Confusion

Well, now that I have a new computer I am trying to download the Creative Cloud. And I am confused because there are some places where it says, "Download Trial" and I don't know why what would be. Is there someplace I can go that will give me a list of those things I should have in the Creative Cloud and how I should download them? URGH!

Point your browser to creative.adobe.com and sign in with your Adobe ID.

Download the Cloud app then download your Cloud software using the Cloud app.

I tried that but I am getting errors, and it says sometimes about the "Trial" Why would that be? Upgrade errors, too.

Can you please tell us what the error messages say exactly? Including any error codes?

The more specific and detailed the error, the more it helps with troubleshooting.
