New computer install of CS 5 problem

I downloaded the WebPremiumCS5_LS1 application along with the zip file.

I run the app and when it finishes, I don't get anything else! It just stops!

HELP! Doing something wrong.

do you have a compatible os (or are you emulating a compatible os)?

did you download from prodesigntools.com and do you have a valid license and serial number?
