New Creative Cloud Desktop App For Windows 10 Loads Slowly

The new, just rolled out version of the Creative Cloud desktop app for Windows 10 (5.0.0.354) loads unreliably. Half the time, a message urging the user to relaunch Creative Cloud or reboot the computer due to the slow load pops up while the cursor spins and spins. It can take upwards of 60 seconds to load. The old app was reliable and always opened immediately. Plainly, the update is buggy. Adobe needs to fix this.

reset the cc app: To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press: Win: Ctrl + Alt + R Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

Happened again today right after the morning's startup and boot. Restarting with Ctl-Alt-R got CC to load after 20 seconds, but that's a workaround, not a fix. Creative Cloud used to start immediately 100% of the time. It should still.
