New creative cloud update won't work

Creative cloud says that I need to update the new software but when I try to download it, it doesn't work. It says "We've encountered the following issues: Sorry, there seems to be a problem with the download process (Error code: A12E5). It won't let me get onto anything else as the only option given is to download this new update? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

At the top of the forum discussions page is an input field labeled Ask A Question.  Enter the error code you are getting into that field and see if any of the results that are marked as answered provide a solution for you.
