New Hard Drive, Can't find Disks.

Had to get a new Hard Drive.  Put Windows 8 on it.  My old HD had Windows 7.  I can't find the CS 5.5 Design Premium disks, but I did find the little box that has a Product Code.  Is there any way to download CS 5.5 to the new Hard Drive if I can't find the disks?
