New installation Lightroom 3

Hello,
I changed computer and installed Lightroom 3 (date of issue 11.01.2011), I entered the serial number 
and the registration data and the program opened, after a while a warning "Electronic registration failed" 
appeared and I suggested to try from the Adobe.com site, I went to the site but I could not find where to 
register, kindly ask for help
