New Laptop for Premiere Elements

Hello

I'm a musician/videographer using Premier Elements for Multitrack Video mashups and Photo retouching.

My XPS Desktop has aged out and I'm looking at a new laptop.   Decision seems to be between

  -  Intel i9/32Gb/2Tb/NVidia4060

  -  Snapdragon/32Gb/2Tb/Adreno

Will Snapdragon give the laptop better lifespan.. and if so, can I run P/Elements in emulation mode... or will that not be good?    Also, if I purchase P/E and use emulation now, what's the upgrade path to the ARM version... dates / cost?

Thx for the advice.   Budget ~$2000 USD for h/w

Thank you
