new laptop - want to install my creative cloud it is not a trial service how do I reinstall on a new set up also changed my email account.... I am not a computer wiz so please be very grade school in response
to install on a new computer install the cc desktop app, Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe CC trial
and use it to install your cc programs.
changing your email address is problematic, though. your account is liked to your adobe id which is your email address.
if you have a new email address, you'll need to setup a new adobe id that matches and you'll need to start a subscription with that adobe id and if you have an old subscription with that old email/adobe id, you'll need to cancel that.
