New Laptop, Paying for Adobe CC monthly, Shows up as trial...

Hi there,

I've been paying for Adobe CC monthly for a few months now.

I've recently bought a new laptop and installed Adobe CC to start editing on it, however having installed Creative Cloud it shows up as a trail version.

I've checked my bank and I am still paying for Adobe CC monthly. I haven't cancelled the subscription and don't plan too. On my account, Creative Cloud is showing up as a free trial, and my account shows no products or order history.

I've looked on the forums for an answer but every answer doesn't seem to work for me.

Pretty frustrating seeing as I'm paying £50 a month for a service that isn't bloody working.
