what acrobat version?

And everything shows legitimatately in my account (all three licenses in my account in adobe website).

And one was a week prior to this one.

I bought it through techsoup (my charity gets discounts for getting it).  The other two licenses I have bought still work 100%   Its this third one that still shows the original license I bought in 2020.  

from whom did you purchase a new license, (because adobe's no longer sells them).  ie, you need to deactivate acrobat on on of your old compuers.  and that may not be possible because the version may be too old.
