New MacBook Pro - installations not working

Hi, 

 

I uninstalled my apps from my Macbook Air, and tried to install them on my new laptop. I'm getting this message: 

 

Error code 403: Installation or update failed

 

Everything is updated. Any advice?

It would help us to know your device specifications.

 

Error code 403 indicates that something went wrong while installing or updating your Creative Cloud app. In that case, try the following:

 

  • Open the Creative Cloud desktop app.
  • Go to Apps > Updates and click on Check for updates in the upper right corner.
  • Once the app has checked for updates, you can install or update the app again.
