Just downloaded Premiere Elements 12 and I can't figure out how to launch the program. I don't have a desktop short cut and not sure where to submit my serial number. There were no errors when I downloaded and I followed the instructions from the emails I received.

what file name/extension did you download?
Windows 8 64bit, but I think I've jumped the gun. Just realized that I downloaded the Application Istaller and my order is pending. I guess it will appear in my orders within 24 hours. Sorry for the confusion.
