new to cloud, bought muse after trial expired, says its downloaded but nowhere to be found

I dont understand if i try to redownload it, cloud just shows an icon in the cloud app that its already downloaded

how do i launch it?

but where is the program, ive searched finder. nothing

Hi jonny1920,

Please try the steps 1 as mentioned by Gautam and hopefully this should fix the issue however if still the same error then refer the article: http://helpx.adobe.com/muse/kb/installer-file-damaged.html and try installing Muse from the direct link.
