Creative Cloud does not send text messages.

For best results, you should have a verified primary e-mail address, a mobile phone and a secondary e-mail address. Optionally, you may connect your Creative Cloud plan with social media accounts, (Apple, Facebook or Google). Log-in below.

I don't think there is an option for text messages, but look for yourself
