Newest version of Illustrator won't open on my computer - free trial expired

I succeeded in downloading the free trial of the creative suite however none of the programmes would open, my free trial period has now run out and I do not know if the full version will work on my iMac. Can anyone help? There is no email communication contact.

    Since you let the trial expire, I'm afraid that you can't open it again on that computer.  Try installing the trial on a different computer.

    Illustrator CC 2017 is supported on 10.10.

    Hi sxarle,

    As per my understanding you downloaded the latest version of illustrator.

    Could you please specify is it Illustrator CC 2017 which you were trying to download ? And what is the version of your iMac.

    Hi ASTHA,

    Yes it is Illustrator CC 2017. I'm unsure of the version however it has a 21.5inch display, an i5 processor, 2.7ghz quad core and I bought it in 2014. Does this help?

    Hi Sxarle,

    To find the version of Mac OS X you have installed, do the following:

    1.From the Apple menu, choose About This Mac. The version number of the Mac OS you're using appears directly below the words "OS X."

    Also as you have mentioned above that you were using a trial version of Illustrator CC 2017 and the trial has expired ,its unlikely that the product would launch. It should give you a pop up mentioning trial has expired or to buy the software.
