No access

i don't understand why I can't use the full access after I have paid for it. I can on my phone but when I log into it on my computer it won't work and asks me to sign up and pay again. And start the free trial but I have already done that. I'm not paying twice for the product. And I need this for my work. Why isn't it working and why can't I talk to a support person and not just comment to the community so irritating!!!

    One guess: you took Adobe Acrobat Premium (mobile only) rather than Adobe Acrobat Pro (desktop + mobile).

    Hi @Christine21980505zx4b,

    Which Adobe product or service did you purchase?

     

    If this is Creative Cloud:

    1. Open CC Desktop App.
    2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
    3. Click on your Avatar again.
    4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
    5. Close all apps.
    6. Restart your computer.
    7. Open CC Desktop app.
    8. Click your Avatar.
    9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
