No Access to premium features in Spark(Paid Creative Cloud All Apps Plan)

Although I have the paid Creative Cloud all Apps-Plan, I have no access to premium feature Add Brand in Spark Post, whatever browser I use (Edge, IE, Chrome and Firefox). I get a pop-up telling me  to Upgrade instead.

I've read the article, see link below, but this does not help me yet..

I'm sure I'm using the right email address to logon. After logon with that emailadress I see in my accountinformation I have the Paid Creative Cloud All Apps Plan

Or should I create a brand first in another Adobe Cloud App before I can use the brand function in Spark?

Who can help me with this issue?

Kind Regards!

OK, thank you. This was helpfull. Your first URL brought me to the zendesk helpdesk for spark and they found the reason for my problem. Although I have Paid Creative Cloud All Apps Plan it is a special University version (discount) and in that plan premium features are not included.

Thank you again for your response.
