No activation since windows 10 pro migration

Hello,

I'm french and i don't speak english fluently, so forgive me if i make mistakes.

Since windows 10 pro migration, acrobat pro 9 (from the adobe creative suite 5) tell me there is an activation issue and the application close.

I didn't desactivate the product before the migration. Is that the main cause?

How can i resolve it?

    Hi,

    The migration does not work very well.

    Please uninstall the application and then install it again.

    Thanks for your answer.

    I asked this morning on the french live chat, and they answered me that cs5 wasn't compatible with windows 10 pro.

    Are-they wrong?

    No.

    It can be a compatibility issue.
